Keyboard not showing?

Open Hiero Pro once, then follow the keyboard setup steps. In Notes, touch and hold the globe key and choose Hiero Pro. Password fields and some apps use only the system keyboard.

If Hiero Pro is missing from the keyboard list, restart your iPhone and check again. Keep the app installed so your saved content stays on the device. If it still does not appear, email your iOS version and Hiero Pro build number.

Signs look different in another app

The receiving app chooses the font for text you type or paste. Your Egyptian font choice changes how signs look in Hiero Pro and its keyboard. It does not set the font in other apps. If you see empty boxes, try the same signs in Notes and tell us which app could not display them.

Conversion did not change my text

On this website, enter sign codes separated by spaces, such as G17 N35 D21. Unknown text stays unchanged. In the app, choose Meaning to look up dictionary words, Sounds for sound-based spelling, or Codes for sign references. Meaning gives possible word readings; full sentence translation is still in development.

Saved content is not syncing

Check that both devices use the same Apple Account and have iCloud available. Open Hiero Pro on both devices and check the iCloud status in Settings. Check your internet connection and available iCloud storage. Keep any unsynced content on the original device while you ask for help. Do not delete the app or sign out of iCloud to troubleshoot missing content.

TestFlight updates

Hiero Pro is available on the App Store. Open the App Store to check for updates. If you also use TestFlight, read the test notes for your build; beta features can differ from the public app.

Found a sign error?

Send the sign code and a source for the correction. Historical readings can depend on context, so a published example is useful.
